Refund policy

We have a 30-day refund policy, which means you have 30 days after receiving your product to request a refund.

To be eligible for a refund, you’ll need the receipt or proof of purchase.

To start a refund, you can contact us at verdantspirits17@gmail.com with reasoning for the refund. With this product being digital you already have the product downloaded, with that there's no way to return the product. 

If your refund request is accepted, we will fulfill your refund.

Issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if you're having trouble with the product so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.

Refunds
We will notify you once we’ve received your refund request, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method within 10 business days. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.
